This was a quick trip so I was unable to explore the area around the hotel. It was well developed with a multitude of shops and restaurants. With these came an abundance of traffic which is never any fun! The hotel itself was well maintained. It seemed to be a newer hotel and was in pristine condition. I missed breakfast, but the coffee was just fine. The room was very clean with plenty of towels and the bed linens were quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn. Beautiful lobby with fireplace inside and outside. My husband is a smoker and the outside area was covered and warm. All the staff was nice. The breakfast was great. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious. The parking was easy. Easy in and out off the highway. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My room (110 or 100) corner Room close to the parking was perfect!!! The electric range helps with a last minute iteems needed to take for Thanksgiving dinner. The overnight Night Auditor was really great I apologize that I forgot her name. I will be back.

Customer service is excellent. They save me breakfast everyday due to my newborn baby situation. And everyone is so friendly. The reason for 4 stars review rating is that (1) they don't have a safe in the room, so can't store valuables/passport in the safe; (2) the room is quite dark, not enough natural light and the lightings in the room is quite dim light, and the layout prevent more natural light to comes in, so it makes the room quite dark even during the daytime.
