The girl at the front counter was extremely friendly and made the check in quick. Room was spacious and there was no noise from other guests. Made it feel like I was at home. Will stay here again

Bed comfortable. Room clean. Food was ok. Very noisy. You can hear everything in the hallway and other rooms. Took way too long to get hot water in the shower. TV is terrible. Signal is always lagging so you can’t really watch anything unless you use your own Netflix. Mixed up room charges from other guests. Light bulb in closet area not working. Every time the heater came on it had a series of clicks for about 10-15 seconds. This is annoying when you’re trying to sleep and it’s winter so it’s constantly turning on and off. I wasn’t grossed out but I wouldn’t stay again. Not what I expected from the Hilton name.

The room was very clean, however the shower only gave cold water because the handle was broken. I had a confirmed reservation for a handicapped room with bathtub but was given a handicapped room with a shower - a cold shower. Expedia was very difficult to work with when a change needed to made to the reservation. Do not recommend.

Staff was courteous and the hotel was clean. We did not like the barn door on the bathroom, almost pinched our fingers and the toilet paper was very thin. Bed was comfortable and location is convenient to eating and shopping.

We realize that Hilton is a pet friendly hotel, but we have allergies to animals and were told that rooms on the upper floors were not used for pets. We were on the 4th floor and opened our door to be met by two dogs coming out of the room across the hall. Even though they were being restrained, they were lunging and barking at us. There was also a dog in the lobby who was "not" on a leash.
