We have stayed at this hotel 5 times for multiple days may be on the past. But in last 2 times of staying feels like staff is not as caring As it has been before. Very yang and careless front desk staff . Asking for a quite room in upper floor 4 mos in advance when reserving and sending reminder message to the property day before should be acknowledge but Apperantley they do not care. They did not accommodate any of requests. I understand if you staying one night it is ok to say oh well and move on But 5 nights requests should be not ignored. Room has been given in 1st floor next to pool area where all parents and little screaming children have been run back and forward in hallway. So I guess this is why I’m not happy. Front desk care is yang un experience staff who do not care to accommodate or help to find solution for you.

I was upset because I booked for a king bed and was placed in a double queen and advised they ran out of king beds but I’ve had this reserved for months now. In said room my tv remote wasn’t working went downstairs to see what could be done only to be told have to wait in the morning for the housekeeping staff to get in. Here’s the kicker I was only staying one night so it wouldn’t have mattered in the morning.

I stay here every 6 to 8 weeks. I can say without hesitation, Customer Service from management to front desk to custodial crew is outstanding and the food is nothing less than super delicious!
