We love Embassy Suites but the rooms at this facility seemed to be in need of renovation. We made the most of our visit by spending much of our time in the lobby. The waitress at the lobby food bar was very warm and friendly and provided excellent service.

My stay was absolutely wonderful the hotel was beautiful and clean the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only thing that I didn't care for was the digital Check-in. I actually requested early Check-in that was denied and then when I went to do the digital Check-in it told me I couldn't Check-in until 4 when the actual Check-in time should have been 3. That process calls me some inconvenience.

Comfortable spacious rooms

We had a comfortable spacious room. It was nice to get drinks each in the evening at the bar. Breakfast was decent and included fed. One phone didn’t work, but someone came and fixed that problem. The coffee maker didn’t work, but we didn’t have time to get it fixed. Not sure what the problem was. But other than that, we had a nice day at this hotel. It’s one by Hilton so you can collect Hilton on his points

The room description is misleading. It says 2 rooms, but it just like any other hotel of this chain. There was a charge for parking in a suburb location. Also a charge for WiFi. Beds are uncomfortable. The room lock had to be programmed everyday because it did not recognize our room key. Not up to par with other Embassy Suites properties.
