When checking in late at night the staff was very rude and She cared more about the high school kids buying their snacks then me and my family getting to our rooms after a long trip. Pretty sure someone used our room as there was a wet wash rag thrown in the tub and my clothes hanging on the back of the bathroom door was wrapped in a wet towel when we returned to our room. After walking down memory lane I probably ranked too high-but there was other staff that was great!

Good place to stay for your buck

The location was perfect for us, the room was very comfortable and clean. It was obvious that ownership was new as you could see they were taking great pains to make it welcoming, planting new flowers at entrance and decor was very modern. The breakfast was very nice and staff kept up with the tide of people throughout the breakfast hours and kept it clean. The food was good. The only thing I will say is rush hour traffic outside the hotel can be very tricky getting into the hotel. But it was very quiet.

Great Hotel Stay

We were impressed with the hotel. All of our needs were met; that included toothpaste and a toiletry kit in room. Plenty of hooks for towels, washcloths. The bathroom was spotless and room very clean. Temperature was comfortable. We didn't need it, but the free breakfast was a very nice spread of food. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We stayed in the suite with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa bed. The room was very clean and spacious. Each day housekeeping came in and made sure it was tidy for when we returned. The beds were comfortable and clean and towels were fresh each day. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Washington.

Rude receptionist (2 different women) . I was told they had shuttle service to the metro. I have stage 4 cancer and needed this service. I was forced to take cabs or Ubers. An extra expense that I wasn't counting on. I have a couple more reservations this summer with Hampton. I pray it will be better.
