I was very unhappy with my stay. I got there at 2 am and there was blood on the wall, bugs in the room, dirty floor and walls, ripped curtains. As soon as morning came we checked out and went to a different hotel. They told me I needed to contact Expedia for a refund and it doesn’t look like I can get my money back for the 1 night I didn’t stay.

Overall a nice stay. Front desk and restaurant customer service was great. Friendly and accommodating. Food was good. The furnishings and bathroom needs updating but that’s ok. But the carpet was in bad condition. It needs cleaning terribly.

Communicarion is very poor, i was not told at check in that the street will be closed off from 5 to 8 on 9/8. We could not get into the hotel woth uber. There were no cookies at check in or when i asked again at check out. There was almost no toilet paper on the roll and no extra in bathroom, i noticed too late at night to call for more.

We enjoy the sky dome restaurant, its on the top floor of the hotel, we are pleased with the service they were just 2 or 3 staff in the revolving restaurant we went there at 9 pm, its cozy, laid back, don't go there hungry, you sometimes have to wait to be seated on the revolving space, but we didn’t mind, its perfect. I also go to double tree for the cookie and they never disappoint. Im a happy camper, we stayed there for 2 nights.
