The room was spotless our coffee maker didn't work and we called and they brought a coffee maker up within 10 minutes. It has an excellent location for shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely stay here again. It's actually one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in.

Room was comfortable, clean and the walk-in shower with a bench is particularly appreciated. we wish that we were provided with coffee making amenities as the room is already equipped with a coffee maker. we would also appreciate if there is a periodic collection of garbage left outside the doors of some guests as sometimes they spill out of the containers. Hotel restaurant serves great food and the wait staff are forever courteous and accommodating.

We always enjoy our stay at the Hyatt. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are great. Love that it’s connected to the mall but that’s also a double-edged sword because of getting into the parking lot. Luckily, the Hyatt has their own space! Thanks again for a great stay!
