Nice buffet breakfast with beach view. Loddy is spacious and warm. Only 2 lifts up. Wait times during check in and check out were a little long. Nice outdoor heated pool. Room was great, no complaints. Friendly cockatoos visited our balcony upon arrival. Cant order room service after 10pm via the QR code, and they only had 2 things to order on the sleepwalker menu. All staff were lovely.

We enjoyed our return stay at Novotel. As always, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and we had a beautiful view from the lounge and balcony. In-room dining was easy to order online and tasted delicious and breakfast was relaxed with plenty of choice to choose from.

Great quality hotel with a very clean and comfortable room. The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming from check-in. The room was spotless, amenities were good quality, and everything felt well maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable with good food and, most importantly, great coffee. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.

The hotel is across the road from the beach, but could not see it from our room which was basic, modern and clean, but not worth the money. We asked for fresh towels, but never received them. There were 4 people in the room,but only 2 glasses Check in was easy.

Absolutely Pathetic, booked room with two queen beds but was given single and then provided sofa paid. Paid extra but no refund available for the difference. No apologies just told they dont have room available for my category even though I booked it! I have stayed here many times and yet very unhelpful reception staff. Also, breakfast is no way never what it used to be.

Location was perfect. Easy quick check in, room was clean, comfortable soft bed, the bathroom was old with stained bath and basin, floor tiles were dated and found hair from previous guests. Used the heated pool at night, it wasn’t that clean, a greasy layer was floating on top of the pool. In my opinion the hotel deserves a 3* however the buffet breakfast was very poor. Too many guests for the amount of food served. I literally couldn’t find any eggs, also no pastries, most of the plates were empty and for a long time. People were looking for places to sit. It was 8am on a Saturday the restaurant was full. Will I visit again maybe but for sure I won’t purchase breakfast included.
