We had a great stay for 3-weeks. very comfortable. Comments regarding the unit include: 1 of the 3 Stools @ counter needs repairing. Fireplace seem to turn on with the red button underneath, but there does not seem to be a thermostat for regulation. it would only seem to work if you kept the bottom louver vent open. The "smart" TV would not connect to any Apps or even receive a HDMI feed from a Computer for either HDMI 1 or 2. Also it did not receive all the cable channels that the TV in the bedroom received. Garbage Disposal seems to be dull or just needing an update. The dish washers "Main Wash" compartment will not open to dispense the detergent because the lower dish rack interferes with it.

Convenient and comfy condo

Great little getaway while my husband was on a business trip. Easy access to parking and ski village amenities. Fireplace was shut off for the summer, but I could have requested it be turned on. The room was very comfortable, though the bedroom door and armoire door could hit each other. Only thing that needed work was the toilet that was very loud when it flushed and took a bit to stop running. But I'd still recommend it.

Great location for Winter Park

Property location is great with shops, restaurants, and Starbucks on the premises. Underground parking is very convenient. The property was clean and generally comfortable. The bedroom is extremely small, and the bathroom has no storage or place to put toiletries. The bedroom was too warm at night, although the day was cool, and the bedroom windows are not operable. Price was appropriate for the accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful resort!! Only negative is our room does not have air conditioning so it stayed pretty warm. They provided us an extra fan upon request. We loved our stay!

Everything was good except the bed. There was a thick, too soft pad on it. The bed therefore was way too soft. Worst of all, the fitted sheet kept coming off, making things very uncomfortable.

What a great place to stay!! Beautiful area and the rooms are condos, so it was like being in a home away from home. The people are super nice as well. And it’s right at Winter Park base so the area is gorgeous! One important thing to keep in mind is that due to the average highs in the lower 70s and low humidity, the units don’t have AC, so if it’s going to be unseasonably warm, that could be an issue for some.

I don’t know about the other units, but the one we stayed was exceptional. Clean well decorated, comfortable beds, sheets, towels.. The pictures don’t do justice, however I was told that units are independently owned so they all look different. I learned the advantage of reserving with Expedia is because front desk can help you more. In our case, we got the keys at front desk. We needed a humidifier, extra towels, keys stopped working. We were glad we were helped immediately. The front desk is super kind and helpful. Michael was super kind. It was our first time going skiing with kids and we will definitely go back to Zephyr (through Expedia).
