SNOW DREAM-THE ULTIMATE FAMILY RETREAT

Snow Dream is a spacious 3200 square foot home situated on .67 acres of pine forest with views of the Continental Divide. The open multi-level floor plan affords all the space a large group needs for privacy or group gathering. Imagine cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking in a National Forest only two blocks from your front door. Colorado's champagne powder waits only minutes away at Winter Park/Mary Jane Resort. Summer offers four golf courses, hiking, fishing, biking, rafting or an outing to the world famous Rocky Mountain National Park. A main attraction during the summer is the Saturday night rodeo in Fraser.

After activities, relax in your private seven person hot tub, or sit on the sunny deck and visit with friends and family. Enjoy moose watching and the sun setting over the Rockies while the gas grill is warming. For those with energy, head to the game room on the ground floor level for pool, darts, foosball, poker, or board games. The game room also offers a second full kitchen with bar, Smart TV and music.

Gather together on the sun filled main level to prepare meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Nestle on the leather sectional in front of the fireplace to watch a movie or TV, or sit around the dining room table for group conversation. If you like escape to the upper level where the loft provides a Smart TV in a living room setting with overstuffed couch, love seat and chair.

The home will comfortably sleep 15 within the five bedrooms and loft. The master suite has a queen bed, private bath with walk-in shower for two, walk-in closet and a comfortable sofa for reading or napping. Second bedroom-queen, Third bedroom-queen, Fourth bedroom-queen, Fifth bedroom- one log bunk bed for 2 and one single log bed, sleeps 3., Loft-two queen beds. Four full size bathrooms are located such that sharing is hassle free.

The two car heated garage has ample space for convenient storage of all recreational equipment including wall hung ski racks and a seven pair electric boot/glove dryer. The high efficiency washer and dryer will provide for all your laundry needs.

Great place to stay with multiple families! Loved that there was a space foe the kids away from thr main living area so the adults could actually hear each other talk. The cabin was cozy and fully equipped with what we needed! Everyone also loved that the hot tub was ready to go after a full day of skiing.

Location was definitely the best part about our stay at Snow Dream. It is very conveniently located when it came to store runs or activities we were doing but secluded enough to have moose outside one morning!The home itself was very spacious and had all necessities. My only “complaint”,which did not affect our stay itself rather more the presentation of the place, is that it seems like their cleaning/management company is coming in and doing the bare minimum or maybe rushing through the prep for the next guest? Cleanliness was not great overall. There were dishes that needed to be thrown out, like not even a matter of being cleaned well enough or not. It didnt look like the place had been dusted in quite some time, The bath tubs were poorly cleaned, we were told there would be a Christmas tree available to set up ourselves if we wanted which already was something I would have preferred not to have to do ourselves while on a Christmas vacation but then when attempting to find said tree, it was stored in what seemed like an impossible to reach place as there was other stored items barricading it in and made us quickly decide against going through all the work to move everything to put up the tree so the kids were kind of bummed and we were forced to figure out a way to improvise making it a whole task that we hadnt had to deal with in other cabins other years. Communication/availability of host was good though!

Cabin is nicer than the pictures online give it justice for! Plenty of room for our group of friends and kids to have a quick weekend in the mountains. Bedding was nice and comfy, kitchen surprisingly had everything that we needed, and the hot tub was easy and ready to go! Clear instructions for everything, and the only thing that we couldn't figure out was the fireplace, but it could have been user error -- we didn't try to look into it because it wasn't especially important to us! Great place, and would stay again!

Our stay was early August for a nearby wedding and we rented the full house. Temperature in house was great, mattresses were on the firm side. Kitchen was well outfitted for cooking. The bathrooms were nice but you need to run the water for a bit before it makes it to the loft. Would definitely stay there again if looking for a place to spread out and relax!

Don't recommend!!!!!!

The house itself is in a great location. It was adequate in having enough beds for all 14 of us and the kitchen was stocked with essentials that we needed to make our own meals. Here's the things that made this house a three out of five star stay. We arrived and within the first few minutes, the kids in the upstairs loft started screaming. A rodent of some sort, either squirrel or rat, ran down the stairs and across the living room to the fireplace and disappeared in a large hole in the wall. We tried blocking the hole with large books but it was still open (15"x12"). We contacted the owner and his response was that it was a log cabin. We then discovered no batteries in the remotes. So our first trip to the store included rodent poison and batteries. The pull out couch bed upstairs had no linens except a mattress cover. Luckily our kids brought their own pillows. The beds were adequate in size but not comfortable and one of the adults chose to sleep on the living room couch instead. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and pest problem were the biggest complaint. We walked into pills and contact lenses on the floor along with grime, mold and hair all over. The bunk room had a spider problem and both teenage boys had bites during the night. When I notified the owner of the lack of cleaning, he apologized and said he would let housekeepers know. Don't recommend this house. There are wonderful places to stay with excellent customer service. This isn't it.

We had an awesome time. Snow Dream was spacious, cozy and had all the amenities for a great Thanksgiving feast (i.e. crock pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc.). Communication was wonderful and Brian was super accommodating. Would love to return!

Great family time!

Snow Dream was the perfect size and location for our family of 14. There were plenty of things for all ages...poker, pool, basket of toys, hot tub, deck, playhouse and firepit. The kitchen was well equipped including dishwasher! Beds were comfy. We saw a bear in the yard the first morning...EXCITING! Brian was a great host...attentive and quick to resolve the issues we encountered. We hope to visit again. Thank you Brian!

Great for Families

We arrived to snow dream with a group of 16, 13 adults and 3 kids (1-8 years old). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again! Pros: Check-in: Easy Spacious: There was more than enough room for our large group to spread out or hang together. There are two full kitchens (main floor and lower level) so we had plenty of space to store food and cook. Entertainment: The TVs were easy to use and the WiFi was strong. There were toys for the little kids, plenty of board games and cards. The pool table and fuseball table were a hit with our group. The hot tub was wonderful during our cold/snowy visit. Location: Close to Winter Park resort and town of Fraser. We did not use the shuttles at all but saw them running regularly. There were plenty of moose sightings during our stay as well! Cleanliness: Overall the house was quite clean and well kept. Cons: Warmth: The main room stayed nice and cozy, especially with the fireplace but the loft area, main level bedrooms and lower level as a whole (main room and bedrooms) were pretty cold at all times. There was one very small space heater located in the lower level. Driveway: We had some issues with the driveway being blocked by plowed snow on arrival but were able to dig out a path. Parts of the driveway were quite slippery with ice for most of our stay. Beds: Guests are asked to strip the beds upon check out which is fine however we noticed that the mattress pads in some of the rooms were stained/dirty.

Beautiful Mountain Home

This beautiful mountain home was just perfect for our large group. The house has pleanty of space and activities for everyone to enjoy. It's in a spacious neighborhood and a quick drive to the slopes. We will definitely be back! Brian was also very responsive to all communications.

What great place, Couldn't ask for better

We loved this home, There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything we needed and more was available. From the game room to the games and puzzles that everyone enjoyed. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, even spices and oil. The hot tub made it nice to sit out in the freezing weather and watch the snow. We also got to see the local moose and her baby for a few hours. Only 15 minutes to the slopes or less than 5 minutes to Safeway and restaurants. If we have the opportunity I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for having such a great place.

Small family reunion

This place was perfect for our family gathering. Everyone had their own sleeping space, but then there were plenty of communal spaces to eat (we had most of our meals at the cabin), hang out, play games, etc. Also, lots of outdoor space to hang out, hot tub, and play frisbee etc. Great access to Winter Park, fishing ponds just down the street, bike paths, and hiking trails. Great location!
