The indoor hot tub, conveniently positioned near the front door, offers an ideal way to relax after a day filled with activities. This family-friendly townhome is perfectly located in downtown Winter Park, close to a variety of restaurants, the Grand Park Recreation Center, the Foundry movie theater with a bowling alley, and numerous shopping options, all within walking distance from this unit. The ground floor primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. This room includes a TV and grants access to the indoor hot tub. The second bedroom, also located on the ground floor, features a double bunk bed and provides access to a full bathroom situated in the hallway. Additionally, a stacked washer and dryer are available on the ground floor. The primary living area is located on the second floor. Upon entering, guests are greeted by impressive vaulted ceilings adorned with pine paneling, enhanced by abundant natural light flowing in from the sunroom and skylight. This open-concept design creates an excellent space for socializing, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a combined dining and living room area. The room is further enhanced by a large moss-rock wood-burning fireplace and a television. Moreover, the sofa sleeper can be converted into a king-size bed, accommodating up to eight guests in this townhome. The third bedroom on the second floor features a queen-sized bed and provides access to a full bathroom located directly across the hall on the same level.
