Decorated in a calm and soothing neutral color scheme, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium exemplifies modern western design and furnishings, making it an ideal mountain getaway in Colorado.
The living room area extends to a private deck that overlooks the forest, featuring a comfortable sofa by the gas fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a sofa bed suitable for children. The dining space includes a delightful table and chairs for four, with easy access to the fully equipped kitchen. Updated cabinetry and appliances guarantee that all your culinary and dining requirements are fulfilled.
The bedroom contains a Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, while a full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway.
The unit is conveniently located in building number two on the premises, close to the clubhouse and the free town shuttle stop. Regrettably, there is no air conditioning available.

Great condo, great location

Cozy little place with everything you need for a great ski trip. Pretty, wooded view off back deck.The bathroom tub could use some updating, but it is nothing that will ruin your stay. The kitchen has everything you need. We would book again in a heartbeat. Great stay.

The condo was nice, clean. We would have liked to have been informed the sauna was not operational before our stay. Upon our call, maintenance did service the bathtub draining problem. Although the tub did drain after service, it was very slow to drain, never right. The kitchen could use a good sized frying pan. We would like to have the opportunity to re-submit our rating after we see if we are contacted regarding a forgotten fast cell charger.

Comfortable and convenient ski lodging

Property is as described and pictured, and generally clean and in good condition. I enjoyed my stay. The main concern for me was that bathroom fixtures, tub, flooring, etc are showing some age and damage and the bathroom exhaust fan is surprisingly noisy. Bathroom could use an overall refresh. FYI the bed is extremely firm - I like a firm mattress and slept fine, but those who prefer a softer mattress might not like this. And this is not the responsibility of the unit owner/manager, but FYI for other guests, the Winter Park shuttle cannot be relied on for timely transportation to the resort. I spent close to an hour waiting for a shuttle to get to the mountain one weekend morning - three full ones drove by without stopping, and at least three other scheduled ones didn't show up at all. Suggest arranging other transportation.

Great Getaway Weekend Stay

The condo and its proximity to downtown Winter Park was just what we were looking for. The condo was clean, neat and had plenty of amenities. Perfect place for a getaway weekend!
