Amazing Property - Walking to all good etc

My family and I enjoyed our stay!! The covered parking was awesome and the condo was perfect. 3 bedrooms all with en suites. Being walking distance to restaurants was so nice.

Luxury with a view

This is a spacious, nicely-decorated condo with great art on the walls, night lighting and a gourmet kitchen. A great location within walking distance of most of downtown Winter Park. Very comfortable, and a beautiful view of the mountains and Winter Park from the living room and outdoor deck. They are completing some remodelng work in the building's hallways, but that was not an issue.

Relaxing for a Bit

We enjoyed our time in the condo. Space for granddaughter to run around (unwind). the kitchen was awesome for dinner and breakfast. Our son sat on a table chair because it was so comfortable as we visited. Our only concern was the fact that after two loads of laundry, we had no hot water. 4 adults needing showers at some point was not a good time to discover the no hot water problem.

Perfect property for a ski trip to Winter Park. Convenient to the slopes, quiet, and really comfortable beds. Host was very accommodating to our requests and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!

I reserved this for a work ski trip and it worked perfectly. We needed something nice, but not a huge house. It made walking to and from dinner so easy and everything in the condo had been beautifully redon recently. I will book it again.

Great location, great layout.

Love the location with easy bus access to Winter Park resort. Also appreciated the bathroom per bedroom layout. We had 4 adults and two children so the loft was a great kid hangout. The appliances were very high-quality, and we appreciated the kitchen staples and the availability of cookware. The dishwasher isn’t bolted into the counter, but works great once it’s loaded and closed. Cleaning fee seemed a bit steep, but otherwise it was great.

We absolutely loved our stay.

This beautiful condo is ideally located walkable or a short drive to anything you need and its spacious and desirable floor plan was absolutely awesome. It's great for families to have separate spaces and private bathroom access, which is so great for our family with a teenager that likes his privacy. The kitchen is beautifully done with high end appliances and outfitted well to prepare meals. The host was very responsive, even in the evening when we first checked in and were having some issues with the TV working; he was able to diagnose the problem and get things up and running. The host also has a welcome/information packet that had really useful, accurate information. The only bad thing for us was our stay was too short! We utilize VRBO often and this was a stand out experience for us from the quality of the condo, the excellent location and ease of working with the host. We look forward to staying here again.

Spacious condo at a great location

This is a spacious, nicely decorated condo in downtown Winter Park. Walk to shops and restaurants. Shuttle to ski base lodge is right at the corner. Couldn’t be more convenient. Covered parking and the elevator made things easy. Jake is very responsive to take care of our issues. Great Christmas vacation for two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Will stay again. Thanks Jake.
