The apartment was comfortable, clean and just as described. Wonderful communication with the owner and electronic key access which was seamless. There is a 'house manual" that explains everything and makes the whole stay easy peasy! My only note would be to let the renter know there is no elevator and the apartment is on the second floor. You need to be able to carry your luggage, groceries, etc. up 2 flights of stairs.

Our host Sebastian was very responsive to our questions, and the apartment is just like it is shown in the pictures. Very modern, clean, and the beds were comfortable. And, the property is just a over a mile and a half from downtown Winter Garden.The only issue I would note is that the unit is located at the very front of the complex, right along the road. So, you can definitely hear the cars when they go by.
