This was my first time at this hotel, and the front desk staff was friendly and the room was cleaner than I expected. Parking was convenient and the breakfast was better than at other hotels.

Staff were extremely rude even for CT, laughed in my face about a question regarding my membership with their own hotel chain and then proceeded to explain to me I had no perks through my Hyatt rewards even though I had previously utilized a Hyatt and my Hyatt rewards worked at the other location. I would not recommend this location due to the issue with staff and the lack of respect

Really nice hotel in good vocati9n for casinos

Very nice hotel with a hot breakfast. Room was clean and bed was nice and comfy. You have to request a microwave, which we did but never used. Our corner room had a different layout which we liked be ause the tv swivels 180° so you can sit on the couch and watch tv on one side our tirn it around to watch tv in bed. My wife sleeps in and I get up early so this worked perfect for us. The only issue we had was the lighting fixture over the sink was bad. They offered another room (not a corner), but we opted for staying in the corner and using the entry light and bathroom light to illuminate the space where the fixture was out. The hotel was closer to Mohegan Sun but Foxwoods waas not that far away. Only thing I wish they had was EV charging like other hotels in the area.
