the staff were very kind; the place itself was in a great location and very quiet, only issue was the room me and my partner rented was a little dirty, there were stains in the toilet and on the seat and the bed was very dusty around the frame. there were also toenails just under the bed, Aswell as various handprints on the backboard, we rented the jacuzzi room which the tub itself didn't look too bad but after we washed it quite a bit of dirt and gunk came out, we just did a thorough clean ourselves so it wasn't the biggest issue, everything else however was very good

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant / bar attached to the hotel was great! Great location if you are looking to visit different local shops, restaurants and Radium Springs is very close. Would very much stay here again with my family and dog :)
