I liked that they had an indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs as well as a cabana during the day that played music and you could order drinks and food. The restaurant had very good food too. I liked we had our own balcony where we could sit and relax and watch the storm. The room was a bit small but other than that, it was great. They also gave us bath robes to use which were amazing.

Check in was great, the front desk staff were wonderful! Our room was nice, but a few things weren’t working - two out of three lamps didn’t work, our phone didn’t work (was an issue when Elements was trying to contact us for our take out order) and the coffee machine requires pods, but only ground coffee is provided (so the coffee grounds would just flow right through into your cup with the water). We only found shampoo to be in our room and after a long day hiking we definitely wanted to take a full shower so this kind of sucked although it wasn’t a huge deal. We found it difficult to take our dog onto the little patio we had as others with dogs were letting theirs roam off-leash. Aside from those minor issues, it was a nice stay.

At a premium price, one expects more. AC similar to a highway motel for noise. Fridge the same. Lighting in bathroom poorly designed. No light over sink in room area. Bright spot light aimed at our window from fire pit area below outside. On all night. Furniture and fixtures moderate quality at best. Smaller screen tv than expected. Prefer non carpeted rooms instead of carpets that hide dirt. Did have one EV charger in garage (level 2 type).

Room needs better attention. Found cob webs in the corner on the ceiling and black mold around the tub. I'm sure other rooms are probably fine but this one just wasn't.

We love to escape to this lovely place. The hotel is older but kept in excellent condition. The cabana is accessible by the poolside which serves drinks and a few food items. Selling nachos and burgers would level it up!

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was huge. We had a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking mountains and the golf course. The outdoor pool water was comfortably warm. Elements restaurant was a highlight. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious! We loved sitting on the patio for dinner. The service was excellent! My husband is blind and Wade, the assistant manager, went out of his way to help us with unloading and loading our car. When he found out we were on our honeymoon, he gave a complimentary small bottle of Prosecco and dessert. We highly recommend this resort.

Nice to have the pool and hot tub as well as the cabana for drinks and bites there. The room was nice and clean. A little tricky at check out due to the one elevator but otherwise a very enjoyable stay and a beautiful property.
