The Canterbury Inn is a good low priced accommodation. It appears that they are trying to refurbish it and modernize it. I have a poor back, so I found the bed a bit uncomfortable but adequate. I also have a vision impairment so I would recommend they improve the lighting! Staff was friendly though perhaps a bit difficult to understand at times. The town itself is quite quaint with many unique shops. Every visitor needs to acquaint themselves with the Invermere Bakery. Yummy and such friendly people!

Nice location to downtown. Outside light fixtures very dirty. Beds coverings maybe too old. Loose faucet on sink. Needs TLC and a thorough going over. Otherwise just okay.

Frigidaire in 207 froze our milk cheese etc food even after i turned ot down and alcohol and toilet leaks in 106 needs more parking for events

The location was excellent, we could walk all around the town. We also enjoyed havong our take-out lunch in the little gazebo on the corner of the parking lot. Staff was very helpful and politely answered my stupid questions. The room was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and was glad to see a number of guests.

The window in my bathroom was not attached to the wall. When attempting to pull the window frame, a huge spider crawled out. That was one of MANY spiders that showed themselves during the stay. There was an undetermined buzzing sound coming from somewhere. The coffee machine was dirty, as was the shower and bedroom. The staff was lovely and so kind, but unfortunately my stay was incredibly uncomfortable. For the price that I paid, I was appalled at the state of the room and the lack of safety that I felt.
