Welcome to Holland Estate! You will love this spacious home located less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter; we are a short drive from The Creation Museum. Close to Lexington, Cincinnati and Louisville.

As you walk in from the circle driveway, you enter the foyer of this lovely home on the main floor. To the right are bedrooms 1 and 2 as well as bathroom 1 (bathroom 1 is a private, attached bathroom to bedroom 1). To the left are bedrooms 3,4, and 5, bathrooms 2 and 3, the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Bedrooms 2-5 can use the half bath (listed as bathroom 2) and bathroom 3. The balcony is on this floor and is assessable form the dining room and the master bedroom, which is listed as bedroom 1 on the platform.

Directly across from the front entryway, there is a staircase leading you to the bottom level. On this level, there is an additional living room, a sitting room perfect for games, bedrooms 6 & 7, as well as bathroom 3. Bathroom 3 is attached to bedroom 7, and bedroom 7 is attached to bedroom 6. It is also the primary bathroom for guests in these bedrooms.

There is an in-ground pool on the property as well. It is open May through Mid-October. There is extra beach towels located in the dining area for guests to use.

Family Vacation

Description of property was accurate. This was a family vacation for us, so we had kids and adults. We went to the Ark Encounter just a couple miles away. The pool is a great size with both a shallow and deeper end. Kitchen had all the utensils, pans and dishes we needed. The home was spacious and the kids loved it! The property manager is very responsive and kind. We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home for family reunion.

My husband and I and our three children with their families had a wonderful time at this spacious home. We visited the Ark Encounter (just down the road) and the Creation Museum. We had a wonderful time.

This home met our needs in every way. The kitchen was large to have great dinner times, the pool was lovely for the kids. The quiet nature that surrounded us was so peaceful. Family reunion

The house and particularly the bedrooms were better than pictures showed. The pool was lovely! Nice big kitchen which was well stocked. The bathrooms were very nice but needed a little more cleaning Be sure to remember toilet paper. I would suggest that the glass paned french doors into bedrooms need shades or curtains. The location made our trip to the Ark super.

Great family get away

This is in an ideal remote location. No one but the grounds keeper was seen or heard from during our stay. The grandkids really enjoyed the well kept and clean pool. Would highly recommend this for family get aways.

Our Ladies Bible Study group stayed here for two nights . Great location to visit the Art Experience and the Creation Museum. Beautiful home, comfortable and roomy. Amazingly Roomy House for the Entire Family

My entire family of fifteen - son and daughter, their spouses and their children stayed here for five nights. There was room for all to sleep and for family groups to play games in several rooms at the same time. We enjoyed the kitchen and eating area and liked that there was a large freezer as we brought some meals with us. We enjoyed the nearby Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and highly recommend the Newport Aquarium. It was a fun time for all of us to be together from VA,PA, KS and OH.

Clean Comfortable Convenient

Clean! A must! Comfortable, a desire! Convenient, to our destination, The Ark. I was the coordinator for a group of 14 ladies attending a 3 day conference at the Ark. I heard the three “C’s” of my title over and over to include everything from the layout of the home, the bedding and especially the bright white fluffy bath towels! I would highly recommend Holland Estates. Missy, property manager, was quick to reply to a concern that was a result of the weather (high winds, sleet, sideways rain, tornado warnings).

We had a great stay

The photos don't do this property justice. The house is very spacious. The outside photos must have been taken in winter, We arrived to rolling hills and greenery. This property has a long driveway and lots of views and privacy. It was perfect for our kids and grand kids to spend time together. Of course the Ark and it's zoo were very close, which we visited, but we highly recommend the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington and in the Fall-Country Pumpkins, in Dry Ridge.
