We live close to the hotel and only went there for Valentine’s Day for the hot tub and pool. We arrived and were told that the pool and hot tub were closed. Nowhere on the hotels site did it say it was closed. We ended up not staying and I am still working on getting our refund.

I never had internet the whole time during my stay. the woman at the front desk just gave me a phone number to call,which didn't work. she also said she was new and did'nt know what to do. the internet was important for me to do business , but its not important to you people. i will find a different hotel when i return to this area in the future.

Room heat was set at 70 when we arrived. It felt like 100(like a sauna). Had to run fan to get it to cool off. Reserved room there because they had a hot tub and pool. Once we arrived, there is a note at the desk saying pool and hot tub out for 2 weeks. An earlier notification would have been nice.
