Major concern elevator

Nice hotel and staff but elevators were scary i always felt I'd get stuck on them jumped and unstable most of the time if i stayed here again I'd definitely have to be on the 1st floor

Let me say the maintenance person was very helpful and advocated for us to get a different room. The front desk lady insisted there were no more rooms. On arrival toilet was broken and overflowing into the bathroom floor. Room smelled of stale, humid funk. Finally in the top floor, room better. No acknowledgement or attempt to rectify or compensate by front desk persons. I could hear maintenance fellow insist we needed another room. He went and got the key. Disappointed and tired.

We checked in Friday and out Sunday, the entire time we were there no one serviced our room. We saw several house keeping staff and even told the front desk on 2 occasions and still no one came. Very disappointing!!! We finally got clean towels and trash pick up the day we checked out!
