Nice place to stay for a night if you planning to visit the Ark Encounter Park. The lady at the front desk was outstanding. She gave is all that she can. The room was outdated, some walls looks like cheap repairs were done. TV is old and the worst was the AC noise. That noise was just compared like to had a generator inside the room. Breakfast was excellent.

Not bad at all for the price

This is an outside corridor hotel so it looks somewhat dated on the outside. However, we were pleasantly surprised the rooms were nice and clean. Like I said this is an older property and you can see a few things that need to be updated but the nice tile in the bathroom, reasonably fresh paint in the sleeping rooms was welcome. Bedding was pretty good, ( pillows sucked). Not bad for the price and it is within walking distance to the Ark Encounter if you are use to walking a bit. Jalisco Mexican Restaurant in the same block was outstanding. The food and service was superb!

The property was round down and it needed a face lift my room was full of bugs fromthe tree outside the bed eas very uncomfortable you can feel the springs in the mattress the sheets was very dengy i brought some at Walmart the staff was very nice

Very clean and convient to the Arc Encounter. You can walk to it from hotel. There is not a lot more in the area but great place for a couple of nights.
