The Space:

When you enter this gorgeous home you will be greeted by a lovely kitchen, and a living room with access to the outdoor balcony with seating and a small gas fire pit. On the main floor you'll also find the half bath and the first of the two primary king bed suites, complete with a gorgeous bathroom and walk-in closet. The second primary suite is up the stairs with another beautiful bathroom and spacious walk-in, as well as a stunning view through the picture window, overlooking the lake. In the lower level a cozy living area awaits, with a tv and access to the lower outdoor deck seating area and fire pit. You'll also find the laundry room and another full bathroom, as well as two rooms with bunk beds, totaling 4 twin and 3 full beds!

This spacious and gorgeous home is the perfect getaway for groups looking to spend some time at the lake, or visit the ark Encounter, or explore everything that the Williamstown area has to offer!

Note that the driveway is very steep as the house is built on the banks of the lake. Be cautious when entering and exiting.

Also note that portions of the road to the house, around the lake, are not very well-maintained by the city as it is in a remote location, so drive slowly and safely, and preload driving directions due to the low cell service in that area.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

Parking is on the sloped slab up from the house. Be cautious during icy weather when parking on the slope.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

This gorgeous home is located on the banks of Williamstown Lake, a miles from, downtown Williamstown and the popular Ark Encounter attraction!



Getting Around:

Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best bet in this beautiful rural setting.
