Hotels with Bars in Williamsburg

Our room had not been cleaned at check-in. We were given a second room that was in worse conditions than the first term. The third room worked like a charm, thankfully. However there were no pillows, blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. When we called back the next morning we were told those items would be delivered. After an hour we called back again, received an apology and was told someone was on the way. My son went back to the lobby to get the items himself & was told someone was bringing them. We finally got the requested items 2 hours after original call.

Room was clean and spacious for family of 5. Amenities were fun for the whole family.

Pool was drained Breakfast was terrible Hard beds Thin pillows Very outdated And a constant noise like a fan or something metal . Flea on bed
