The room was good, warm and comfortable. The check in was awkward… the young man barely spoke English, and seemed a little lost. We booked a king poolside, we got 2 queens on the back side of the hotel. Parking was limited.

The room was great. Clean, spacious and had all the ammenities available. The problem was outside of the room. The hallway outside of the room had a very bad smell and small puddles of water everywhere. In the middle of the nightb there was people talking loudly about guns and possible violence.

The staff was great. The room was clean and water hot. The bed was the worst and NEEDS to be replaced. Its old and sags in the middle. The platform has two metal rails that jut out and are hazardous.

The tub needs some work done to it. The faucet was crooked and the toilet paper holder keep falling off the wall. The sheet were dinghy, not white all. There were no wash clothes and towels in the room. There was no iron or ironing board in the .room

The staff were nice and checking was fine. My room smelt like cigarettes and made my clothes smell. The room next to me over the weekend was actually awake all night, not causing a ruckus, but made enough noise consistently that the thin walls did not muffle it. Not a great nights sleep. The bed sheets were clean

This hotel was not the absolute worst, but I wouldn’t give it one star? The beds are so hard that I made a chiropractor appointment for tomorrow. I am in literal pain. The room smelled like weed and cigarettes. To be honest I did not really feel safe there. I think this may be a place where people stay long term or sell drugs from. The neighbors were loud and you could tell every time they lit up, there were couples arguing while we were trying to sleep.There was not very good parking and the outside was filthy as well. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. The front desk guy when we arrived was nice. The photos are very misleading on how this place looks.
