We enjoyed it not bad for the rate. A/c kinda noisy and enjoying. Breakfast is okay but not the greatest. Clean and comfy. Beds are good, sofa bed is terrible to sleep on. Overall i do recommend this hotel due to cleanliness and location and also customer service. Thank you….

Excellent customer service. Every front desk staff member was professional and friendly. The room was very clean and looked like it had been renovated recently. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a cold night at Busch gardens. The breakfast was good, nothing special but not horrible either for being free. Each day they had a different variety of foods. Overall the stay was great. Only negative complaint was the first night we stayed in the morning the guy running the kitchen/ breakfast area was super loud beginning at 630am. Banging trash cans around, running around stocking things because he said the rush was coming. It was a bit overwhelming for us as a family so we ate in our room. The second day he wasn’t there so it was much better
