Beach pool vibe was nice. Other than that half of the lights in the room wouldnt turn On or Off. Cable Tv/ guest options streaming opportunities were non existent. Old coax distribution is bogus. Kids wanted to watch cartoons but couldnt because they didnt hire pros to fugure it out.

I would never stay here again. First and last time. Where do I begin..The motel not a resort needs major upgrading. There should be a section for pets. I got extremely sick although they mentioned our room would be cleaned thoroughly. I am allergic to pet dander. I will be taking further actions regarding this. Food at resort is disgusting . Sleep was interrupted by dogs barking in the hallway early in the morning. Not to mention , these aren’t small dogs. They are huge dogs. Mold around the air conditioner . Fruit flies everywhere . As soon as we got off the elevator the garbage is right there along with fruit flies. Yellow stains on mattress covers. They get a 1/2 star because the hotel staff tried their best to accommodate. For the amount they charge the cleanliness should be a whooolleee lot better. Nice setup but dirt motel(resort)

The beds, sheets, and pillows were not comfortable. I had trouble sleeping because of it. I loved that the rooms were nice and cold without AC restriction. Room cleaning, at least for our room, was always later in the day when we were already back, so that was disruptive having to leave or delay getting ready for dinner. Loved having the beach chair/umbrellas set up. That is a huge perk. I wish it wasn’t first come first serve, and I wish they did a better job spacing people out. We got to the beach around 9 each morning and by 1030 they had stationed people almost on top of us, and that was super annoying considering the space behind those people was wide open. Overall the stay was a 3 star but the chairs/umbrellas alone made me give it 4 stars. Also wish the pool opened at 8 and not 10. There’s no lifeguard anyway so not sure what we had to wait for.

It was very convenient to be right on the ocean. We spent an entire day on the beach. So relaxing. Hotel restaurants are good. The last day two of the three elevators were down. That made for a long trip down from the 8th floor. Hotel was comfortable and clean.

You can have only side view of the ocean, not the full view for which I paid the price. They have tiny balconies on sides of the building. The beds were just full beds, not queens. The floor going toward the balcony was uneven and I tripped the first time, luckily did not hurt. Really Pet friendly though!

Great staff. Loved being on the beach and having service for food and drinks. Gym constantly at 79 degrees. Hotel doesnt have AC and utiolizes spot coolers. Room ac is good. First time they opened ip the main area windows and didnt none the the days. Thanks goodness the options are nice and. The staff are great.
