The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less.
The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

Service and cleanliness let property down in my opinion
Front desk were rude on arrival and directions to find room confusing,
We struggled with the smoke smell which was throughout the hotel and not being able to open windows in the room made it very uncomfortable
There was also construction around hotel occurring just so you are aware

The staff was super attentive and the area was very private between each cabin . My dog absolutely loved it . We will be back in June .

Resorts World Catskills Casino: Luxury hotel with an indoor pool and 6 restaurants. Located near ski runs.
Everything was Great except for staff in the hotel I didn’t find them to be Friendly at all. The Staff at the restaurant Bistro were exceptional and very Friendly.

The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark: Family-friendly hotel with an outdoor pool and 5 restaurants. Located near theme parks.
The waterpark was great. A great deal of seating, lifeguards were personable and alert. The room was clean and set up very well for our needs.
