Staff was very courteous! Park was fun and safety was their priority. Room was unfortunately not very clean and items were broken/not working: remote control, toilet tissue holder, and shower handle.

Cleanliness, staff, arcade, food options, craft room, and water park all stood out! Big shout out to Gloria and Christian at the front desk, Michael (saw him in the water park and at the buffet breakfast), Alyssa S in the water park and all the housekeepers and cleaners. The room was fine. There was hardly any food options at the hotel. One bar and restaurant were closed and the buffet lacked any decent options. We were very disappointed and probably won’t stay there again.

For it to be a resort, not okay. We ordered a ceaser salad and they only gave us lettuce and crutoins with no dressing. My daughter ordered a penne paste and just gave her boiled penne. Overall will not be coming back

We had a very nice day at the water park but our experience at dinner was unacceptable. We ate at Harvey Wallbangers for dinner. We waited more than 30 minutes to order at the bar, after spending more than $80 our food was ice cold and inedible. We were unable to get silverware, water or napkins. While sitting at our table with our children an argument broke out between the bartender and several patrons about the slow service and the bartender shouted that the bar was closed and walked out. We felt bad for the bartender because he was clearly understaffed which wasn't his fault but the whole situation was totally unacceptable. My husband then went to the bar upstairs and nothing was working. Overall we would rate that experience as 0 out of 10.
