Room was clean but not the whole 4th floor smelled of mildew. Had to call security twice for some extremely noisy neighbors. Sheets had to be replaced on the bed because they were dirty.

Everything is nice. The waterpark is good. Not so big. Gets crowded. Food options are not excellent. No cash facility. Only cards are accepted.

Everything was fine, that was until our last day. On our last day, a cockroach poked its head out of our coffee pot. To think we were making coffee from that - Yuck!!! It almost ruined our whole experience, so I'll stop here because it was mostly positive. Just not enough water park stuff but good enough to keep the kids busy and happy.
