Great resort with many amenities. Problem is most of the amenities don’t open until noon and close as early as 7 PM like the main pool on the weekend. Most of the staff are super friendly. Our kids had a great time.

Staff was friendly the resort has a lot of activities but they really need MORE STAFF. We couldn’t have breakfast in the beautiful restaurant because they didn’t have STAFF. The pools were an excellent experience. Music, food, towels. We’re absolutely going back.

It was obvious that they were trying to revive the timeshare business against the hotel. Food was great. They need to get a system to control air conditioning. You should not be cold all the time. Definitely need hire front desk staff at hotel frontdedk

It’s outdated. New owners aren’t upgrading the facility, Evening entertainment is boring. The place was exciting when Doc was in charge of the activities. He kept it fun.

The hotel needs a complete remodeling. For $300+ a night, I was expecting a nice modern hotel. Our door didn’t even stay closed. The toilet was so old. The beds were old and squeaky. The pool closed at 5pm. The shops weren’t open late. The parking was horrible. A lot could be upgraded. Our room was clean though.

I've seen reviews about this hotel stating that it's in a state of disrepair, needs updating, etc. Here's the thing: it's an older resort (think Dirty Dancing!) and not modern looking. HOWEVER, our room was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable (a little noisy due to the frame but the mattress was great) and the bathroom was nice with 2 sinks. A/C was fantastic. Keep in mind, this is not a romantic getaway; it's for families with small kids, or family reunion types of gtgs to enjoy the amenities. It's very lively and not quiet. You can hear people in other rooms and if you're on a lower floor, there isn't the kind of soundproofing a more modern hotel has. We went for a concert and just needed a nearby place to stay, and even though it wasn't for us old folks, we liked it. There's a small restaurant on site and lots of things to do. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
