Spa was amazing. Room was nice. Maid only came by twice out of a 4 night stay. Front desk staff was nice. Poker room were good. Casino floor staff were nice, at least the ones that spoke English. Players Club staff were awful. Asked for a pen to sign a wedding card and was told no because guests don’t bring them back. Offered to buy a pen off her for $20. No again. Went to the gift shop, none for sale but the cashier said take as many as you need. Took one, tipped him 20 and that’s that.

The spa my wife said was great and they were professional, the restaurant were great and the food was great, and the staff was nice and helped out whenever we had questions.

We actually thought the room was ok. However don’t expect anything other than 2 bottles of water. Anything else you need to bring or buy. The prices at all the shops and restaurants are outrageous. We actually left after paying $32 for 2 small drinks served in plastic cups. The hotel is definitely not worth the money.
