Room was nice but overly warm no matter how far the thermostat was turned down and the TV had a lot of issues with losing signal. Elevator was broken which was terribly inconvenient. Seemed like a steep cost for just average room.

Great location- only downside is pool is closed on Sundays. Why? If you want a day to close do during the week. We really would have loved to sue the pool during our stay. Otherwise very clean, great property, close to city center.

The continental breakfast was extremely limited. Not even cereal as a choice. We lost hot water our first morning there, but that was repaired by the next day.

Horrible experience. Asked for microwave 3 times, never got it, but they charged me anyway. No appologies. Went to "complimentary breakfast" they was running behind for at least an hour, so no breakfast. Room had broken drawer in the cabinet, almost fell on my 2 year old, one of the lamps were broken, and outdoor door was jammed. Stay away!

The staff was wonderful. The facility was beautiful. But there were many things in the work that did not work. The TV was problematic; the coffee pot didn't work correctly; the thermostat fell off the wall; the toilet mechanism had to be replaced twice; the window did not work correctly. Each issue in itself was minor, but collectively, they just aren't taking care of things as needed. But the staff was GREAT!

The room was never under 74 degree and even called the front desk and all they did was bring us a fan. They said they had a continental breakfast and it was bagels and muffins and fruit one day and just fruit the next day. The last day there we took cold showers and it wasn’t even warm enough to heat up my child’s bottle. We will never stay here again. And it is so spread out since there is only 2 floors

It was very clean and close enough to the sites. The only problem was the temperature in the room. The heat was on and we were unable to adjust the thermostat so we had to turn it off. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here

Here’s what didn’t work in room 251. The air conditioning did not work. The window did not open nor close. Where it was was were it stayed. The toilet hardly worked. The tv did not work. Half of the elevators did not work. Half of the lights did not work. Half of the outlets did not work. I would have called down to the front desk but there was no phone to use. 300 bucks a night. I expect stuff to work without calling. Parking was ample.

Pool was closed when we checked in. The pool is only open a very limited number of hours. This was very disappointing due to this is why we picked this hotel. The sauna didn’t work. In our room the window was broken, air conditioning and a lamp was broken. The staff was stand offish. Beautiful hotel and very close to the touristy stuff. But not worth it if you’re looking to swim. Also the breakfast was a bagel and smooshy frozen fruit.

Staff was very nice but for the price we paid the accommodations could have been better. Room was hot. Requested a fan and never received one. Small room, small beds, and small bathroom. Everything was very clean though. Continental breakfast was lacking.
