The Space:
Nestled high on the south side of Whistler Mountain, this four-bedroom plus den ski-access chalet invites you to wake to crisp alpine air and panoramic views of the Olympic Downhill course. Step outside to the sound of wind through cedar trees and the promise of ski trails just moments away. After a day on the slopes, unwind in your private hot tub surrounded by forest, or gather by the crackling gas-assisted wood-burning fireplace as snow drifts softly outside.

Vaulted ceilings and large picture windows frame the mountains beyond, filling the open-concept living area with natural light. Cedar and stone accents create a welcoming chalet atmosphere, while the comfortable seating and TV make it easy to relax after an adventurous day. Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel Sub-zero and Miele appliances, offering everything you need to prepare hearty breakfasts or après-ski meals. A breakfast bar seats three, and the formal dining area accommodates eight, perfect for sharing mountain stories over dinner.

Sleeping arrangements
The upper floor hosts the primary bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and a private balcony with seating. A den bedroom with a twin bunk bed offers a cozy retreat for kids. The main bathroom on this level includes a deep soaker tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. On the lower floor, the second bedroom features a queen bed and large windows, while the third has two bunk beds and a TV. The fourth bedroom offers a king-split bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A separate lower-floor bathroom provides a double vanity and bathtub with shower.

Outdoor living

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.

• Quiet hours. Strictly enforced community bylaws state that 'Quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM' therefore spa use is restricted to outside these hours
• The Heights is a non-smoking complex. Smoking or vaping anywhere within the home or outside is not permitted and may result in a $500 fine
• Not pet-friendly. This home has a strict no-pets policy and can result in a $500 fine
• No parties. Event celebrations or parties are allowed on this property
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms
• Vehicle restriction. Trailers and other recreational vehicles such as ATV's, Snowmobiles, Watercraft of any kind, RV's, campers are not permitted in the complex.
