Guest access The entire home plus complex amenities (private hot tub, 2 outdoor patios, gas BBQ and free underground parking) will be reserved for your exclusive use. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: this is a very quiet townhouse complex, there are strict quiet hours after 10pm and absolutely no hot tub use between 10:00 pm and 8:00am is allowed. This is actively enforced by security and not just on a complaint basis. The fine for using the hot tub after hours is hefty and if you are being noisy in the hot tub after 10:00 pm you get TWO fines for breaking quiet hours and hot tub complex rules. The same goes for smoking - absolutely no smoking anything, anywhere, including the outside decks, pathways or around the complex.

Condo is in a convenient location if being close to the village is important. Condo overall was clean but the wear and tear over the years was showing. We were aware that there was no A/C but quite disappointed seeing the fans so dirty. They were full of dust and that was off putting.

The condo was in an excellent location- a walk across the street from Whistler village. It was very clean and tiny. When I saw an issue with the sliding door, I reached out to Sebastian and it was fixed within 24 hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location
We visited Whistler for our 13-year-old daughter‘s winter break. The condo was well stocked and in a pretty good location close to everything. A little far from the ski lifts, but it wasn’t too bad of a walk, and there was a convenient bus stop. Grocery store is also right across the street.

Pre-Christmas fun.
Whistler is a wonderland, not too busy - not a ton of snow - and the village is just around a quarter mile walk. The property is across the street from the shuttle making the ski lifts very accessible.
