Everything was great except the pool. There was too much chlorine especially when you turn on the bubbles for the jacuzzi that’s when you can feel it more. It was hard for us to breathe every time that was one and my youngest would turn red. The room was perfect. My only thing was that.

I had 2 major problems with this stay. 1) I reserved this hotel because as per hotels.com, it has an indoor pool and hot tub. On 10/31, hotels.com confirmed in a message that the hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub, open from 8AM to 10PM. When we checked in, the front desk tells me that the pool and hot tub are closed for repairs (and have been closed since a long time). Why did hotels.com not tell me this before making the reservation. If I knew this, I would not have made the reservation 2) The hotel was advertised as having EV chargers - however the hotel has only 1 EV charger that is a level 1 a.k.a slow charger - one car had already parked her and did not move for the entire night. The hotel had 4 other chargers but these were CCS chargers that are not compatible with Tesla; nowhere did the hotel mention this. I had to drive to a supercharger that was 30 minutes away at 12:00 AM so that I could charge my Tesla battery. I had to wait there for an hour till my car was charged.

Pool and spa were under construction. Was not notified until after I checked in. Also the key for my room did not work when I checked in. I went down and got a new one. The next day after being out all day I went to use the new key and it didn’t work. Went down to the front desk again to get a new one. Was told that they messed up my checkout date when they gave me the new key. Staff thought it was funny that it happened to me again and were not apologetic for the inconvenience.
