Everyone was awesome. Especially the young man working the desk as well as housekeeping. We spent the weekend for my daughter’s bday and she had so much fun. Breakfast was not the greatest. We got there at 745 and it was all cold and hard but everything else was awesome. Thank you for having us. Merry Christmas

The location is in dire need of updating in general, for example my room this time, the tub looked like the finish was stripped, I hope it was not a stain of unknown origin. The breakfast was delicious, good variety.

Went to Massachusetts for my mothers funeral and tried over the phone to stay an extra day and couldn't get that to happen and I had to make other arrangements. I asked for a room next to family member and they couldn't accommodate that family member on first floor and I was on third floor. TV remote did not work properly , no toilet plunger in room first time using toilet and it almost over flowed asked front desk for plunger to be brought to room just in case this happened again and it never was brought to room, telephone in room did not work tried different numbers and nothing worked no dial tone but phone was plugged into wall. I would not recommend this hotel anymore I stayed before but it has gone in service .

I booked because this was a Residence Inn, a known quantity. On arrival, it had clearly been something else previously, and was tired and well-used, with heavily stained carpets in the elevator and stains in our room as well. I had noted that I had a dog with me when I checked in, but was never informed of the $100 pet fee, and was only asked to fill in the “pet form” when I came back in with my dog and our belongings, and my hands were full. Extremely limited nearby dining, with only two poor options.
