The place was not terrible, I just wish we had better amenities.There's no batteries in the remote for the TV and the room was a bit dirty.Upon arrival there was no garbage to put our garbage in. Another guest staying a couple doors down was constantly in his window staring out into the empty parking lot that only had our car making us uncomfortable throughout the stay.

There was no one available at check-in and no one answered the call for service. I had to leave a voicemail. It worked out thought because the place looked dirty and unkept, so I felt safer elsewhere as well. I stayed at another location, but have yet to hear back from management for a refund.

I don't even know where to start! We didn't have any hot water our first night. We rented a room with a jetted tub and weren't able to use it the first night due to no hot water. I called the office but it was already 11:45 so we took cold showers and went to bed. The next night we had hot water but the cold water knob didn't work so it was just straight scalding hot water! We dumped 2 bags of ice and dumped probably 40 gallon jugs of cold water from the shower into it. We still had to open the door and turn the ac way down because the whole room was steamed up so bad the floor was saturated and wait an hour for it to cool enough to get in! We saw a cockroach. The remote for the tv didn't work. And the staff was rude! I don't usually write reviews unless it's either really good or really bad! This was very bad!

Service was horrible, it took 2 hours for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. Alcohol cans everywhere, staff did nothing about neighbors yelling and cussing at each other.

Surly. That is the only word to describe the woman at check in. WiFi and cell service are nonexistent. Did you want working electrical outlets? I am so sorry, but that is not an option. Don’t hold your breath for the TV to work either. Booked for two nights and left after the first even though it meant losing money. If all you need is to sleep, this is a good place to stay. It was clean and the hot tub was great, but those two things don’t make up for all of the other awful qualities.

The woman at the desk was rude. She didn’t want to be bothered with us or the questions we asked. The room we walked by was so nasty smelling and had flies. The office smelled like straight urine. We asked to see a room and they wouldn’t show us unless we paid. They wouldn’t allow my service dog. If I could have gave 0 reviews I would have.

Front desk staff was not friendly and we could not hear her because of the glass panel and loud ice machine in the office. When we arrived there were two cops outside talking to people in the parking lot. We went to see our room and there were only two small pillows on the bed and no towels, plus the bedding had marks on it. We booked for the jacuzzi tub, but everything else made the tub not worth it. They did not give us a refund when we immediately checked out, but we ended up at the Best Western next door. Much better service and environment.
