Huge waste of money were a family from the area decided to book this hotel for the new years that way the kids could get in the pool big mistake stuff was non existent always seemed annoyed if you asked for anything when we ask for the most basic… we tied up the trash put outside at 5 am housekeeping NEVER picked it up didn’t even see if we needed anything trash sat all night until Bree at the front desk apologized came to get it and gave me a vacuum so I could vacuum my own room was told next day we’d be put in for a room cleaning (even tho that should ALWAYS happen at a hotel unless you request not) next day comes it’s now almost 4 not one person came by trash still left never picked up again front desk claimed it was in the system for a cleaning finally the women came last minute we tipped her well left the room came back she made a bed that was all fine non issue even tho we spent 600 to stay here next day we go to the pool no towels we then inform the man at the front desk other families are in there and need towels he had an attitude said there’s none he tries to stock them he don’t know where they are so no towels fine we leave the next day we just will never be back the sheets and blankets had stains all over them when we first checked in like other reviews stated they just don’t seem to care about guests or cleanliness of rooms I will say Bre was great rest of the staff were awful and it was very brief encounters with them we travel often & this was the worst ever

There were dried up blood stains on the bed sheets, the complimentary breakfast was disgraceful and cheap, and the shower was idiotically designed and allowed water to go all over the bathroom floor because there was no shower door.

The staff are great. But the facility not too much. The room had a nice aesthetic but upon further inspection it’s hard to want to go back. First thing for me was the bed, so uncomfortable. It’s a thin bed, very coiled, and lopsided. When I woke up I could barely move. The staff were great enough to move me to another room but I encountered the same thing. The other was the bathroom, I had to shower with my crocks on and there’s mold everywhere. The only positive were the staff & breakfast. Unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here.
