Super clean. Fair price for our pet ($35). Strong air conditioning. Overall not a fancy place but safe and clean and they had rooms during the busy July4 weekend.

Bare necessities and functioning but non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and had some mold in the vents. Given the high price tag it’s clear others like me just had no other options

The bed had so many stains, there was a brown streak in the bathtub, the toilet paper was basically empty when arrived, the lock on the door was tough, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the AC turned off in the middle of the night. It didn’t look like the place had been cleaned before we checked in at all and my brother told me that he seen insects in the muffins.

At 6:00 a.m. on the dot you could hear the clunking from the cleaning person I felt very pushed out early. We were trying to sleep in and all we could hear was slamming doors. There were stains on sheets and very small room not what I expected from the price.

The room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We told the front desk but they said they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do. We then saw that the sheets had dirt and hair on them and the mattress pad had blood stains. Again we told them and they did come to change the sheets and they were still somewhat dirty. Unfortunately there were no other hotels available that night and we had to stay. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thin walls ….slamming heavy heavy doors after midnight went on for hours….. out Of code dangerous steps. AC kicks in and off with a loud bang! This owner is just asking for a law suit. Overflowing trash in bin outside… overpriced for what it is.

There were hairs under the sheets, and what looked like fresh stains on the blanket and bed cover (looked crusty, not just stains that couldn’t be removed). Room smelled terrible like smoke. Bright light right outside room (light for parking) made it appear to be daytime all night. Expectations were low as this was a cheap option (for the cape) but cleanliness was way below expectations.

staff was unkind and incredibly pushy. i paid for a late checkout at noon and received a phone call to my room and two knocks on the door before 11:15am. the men at the door were incredibly unkind and told my girlfriend that she needed to provide cash for late checkout (which she didn’t have) immediately or go downstairs with him which she was not comfortable with that and refused. they then knocked again and were told through the door once again we will be checking out late as we paid extra to do so. then the manger? i’m guessing was standing next to my car waiting for us while when we went outside to leave. we also went outside for a smoke break and forgot our key. our friend went inside to ask for a new one and was given one without question. did not ask for any verification that she was in that room which is incredibly concerning as anyone could have done that. i would not recommend this hotel especially not for the price

The entire building is in need of an overhaul. Tiles on floors in hallway were coming up , rugs are filthy. In the room, the bed was ok and clean. The a/c worked good . The towels were old and stained , the lampshade had all stains on it . There was no pole in closet to hang anything on. They painted over badly chipped and damaged woodwork like the doorframes If I wasn’t so tired I might have walked out . I would never stay there again !!! Although The young girl who checked us in was very nice! We stayed 1 night and left early in the morning .

Extremely thin walls & heard every step from floor above. Old air conditioning sounds like a jet taking off with occasional bangs as it shuts on & off. Upon arrival, we found the sheets so dirty that there was still a lipstick stain on 1 bed & remnants of a string cheese wrapper in the other. Looking at numerous other reviews, they clearly have a pattern of not changing sheets between customers. The floors also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a long time. We didn’t feel comfortable going barefoot our entire stay. Despite Expedias description, there was no microwave or coffee maker in the room or entire property. There are no vending machines or lobby. There wasn’t a single hook to hang our towels to dry, let alone clothing. Only toiletries were 1 shampoo & 1 lotion. No hairdryer so we had to go buy one. Bed comfort was average. Pillows were terrible quality and only a thin blanket on each bed. Floor, especially in bathroom, had soft spots that’s concerning for subflooring issues. Overall, it was the quality of an old rundown motel with subpar DIY renovations, like the sink sitting on a handmade frame of rough wood. Each day, the family that seems to own/run the motel sat outside doing nothing. Yet, the state of the motel & the cleanliness issues persist. We stayed 2 days & didn’t see them clean a single room. Many similar reviews and mgmt says they’ll “pass it on to make improvements” but they don’t seem serious about changing. Too much $ for quality/cleanlines.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfy. No tissues. No conditioner, no coffee maker. No cups to make your own tea in the microwave. Towels were great. There was a commercial coffee maker near the lobby. You had to move 2 bikes and construction material to get to it. But nothing was prepared. It was quiet

Absolutely disgusting- the smell hit me when I walked up the front desk. Entire second floor reeked of skunked beer and cigarettes, dirty floors, dead bugs at the corners of the bed, CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE PILLOWS. Stains on the bedspread, stains in the tub, scuffs and stains on the toilet seat, the list goes on and on. I’m not a snob by any means and I’ve stayed in plenty of roadside motels, but this was over the top. It was beyond clear the room was cleaned completely half assed and the sheets weren’t changed. The bathroom smelled of the previous guests. My wife and I picked our bags up and left within 10 minutes.
