Hotel is a bit run down, but good enough for a short stay, with adequate parking spaces if you're early. Very close to Asian restaurants and supermarket across the corner.

Clean and comfortable

The room was really clean and at good location for where we planned to go. Front desk always available either when calling or coming down to talk in person. Its just a little loud at night with the traffic out in the roads. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will book again if travel to Cali.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. They charged me for sheet laundry, something that is clearly the hotel’s responsibility. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and clean sheets have always been part of the basic service. Here, they treated it like an extra and billed me without any explanation. When I asked the front desk about it, the staff were rude and dismissive. No apology, no willingness to help, just terrible customer service. It felt like they were looking for excuses to squeeze extra money out of guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, questionable charges, and unprofessional staff. Avoid if you value basic hospitality and respect.
