Not worth it

Horrible room was filthy. Stay for four days. Room was not cleaned. There’s pincher bugs and gnats flying around. Bedding was dirty towels were dirty.

I checked in on 7th April and checked out on 8th April. I forgot my profit on the bed. After checking out at 4pm, I called the reception and they said it was time to get off work.Nobody call back to update , I had to call myself 3 times and was told that there would be a call back, no call back at all. But I really forgot it in the room. The service here is very bad. There is no investigation of the staff at all

I booked two nights with my family for a weekend, the main attraction is the pool but unfortunately the pool and hot tub were cold, I asked for a refund And they told me they would only refund me $17 for the last night, so I wasted money and time, looked for another hotel with a pool and left, bad experience for family

I was put in a room directly above the front desk. The open loft style of this hotel allowed every phone call, door slamming, voices to waft directly in my room. Finally had to switch rooms at 11:30pm, when the ultra rude guy at the front desk assigned me a room right over the parking lot. So much noise, not the safest being in the very back of of the parking lot in the row of hotels.

It was ok, clean, comfortable, good-sized room. The freeway side is pretty noisy; also, we were first floor, and people above us very very loud. No coffee maker, minimal breakfast

Easy to get lost finding the lobby. Also there are signs all over the place pointing to “Restaurant” which took me to a bunch of dead ends. Turns out there is no restaurant. Breakfast options pathetic.
