Room: The room had an unusual odor, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. The dishwasher soap appeared to have been used rather than replaced with a new one. I also noticed that the amount of makeup wipes provided was noticeably less compared to my stay just a week earlier. Housekeeping knocked on the door right at noon, which felt rushed. Common Areas: Only one elevator was operating, leading to long wait times. The couches and tables in shared spaces were not clean, which affected the overall impression of the property. Dining: The breakfast sandwich was overcooked and disappointing. Service: Staff interactions were minimal; I was not greeted at the front desk when passing by, and overall the service felt unfriendly.
