I’m leaving this review out of frustration and to caution other travelers. In my experience, the reviews on Expedia did not accurately reflect this property. The hotel is right next to the freeway, and the overall environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We were assigned a non-smoking room that had a heavy smoke odor, making it very unpleasant to stay in. There were people loitering outside nearby rooms, smoking and being loud late into the night, and an unleashed dog roaming the corridors, which raised concerns about cleanliness and safety. When I contacted the front desk to request a room change, the response was dismissive and unhelpful, and no alternative was offered despite apparent availability still being shown online. We ultimately could not stay and had to make other arrangements. Expedia attempted to assist but was unable to reach the property management. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope this review helps other travelers approach the existing reviews with caution before booking.

Everything is really nice except that the floors look like they needed to be changed a little bit but besides that everything is really good I can't say anything really bad it's been a great experience and running well running out of battery for the breakfast was a little messed up because there was something that didn't get a chance to eat that had rented there and it was only 7:00 you guys have you guys have your breakfast until 9:00 so I think that you guys might want to pick that up a little bit on having more because I mean it's not really the person's fault that you guys ran out

Walked into our room and were greeted by a pack of fake nails on the chair. Dirt on the floor, cigarette burns through the sheets on the bed. Sticky bathroom counter with hair on it and no running water for the sink, shower, or toilet. Almost funny how bad this place was. Went to the desk, staffer didn’t seem bothered when we said we’re leaving. Talking to Expedia to get a refund.

Room was dirty; did not make for a comfortable stay. Did not get a good night rest. Many people loitering around outside my room at all hours of the night; people going in and out of their rooms. I recommend that security patrol the area, did not feel safe. Breakfast offered very few options: 2 dry cereals, waffles, coffee, juice & tea. I will not be staying at this chain again, nor would I recommned it to anyone.

The room I got was pretty dirty this time and there was a smell of cigarette smoke. I thought this was a non smoking motel. The breakfast was OK for the price, just cereal and waffles we make ourselves. But That Breakfast Room? Speaking of dirty? It Was Terrible. This was my third stay and really wondering if I'll be back. One big plus was your staff was So Helpful and Friendly. Even had a personal emergency and had to check early at about 2:00 AM. (Yes 'AM'). They made it quick and stress free. Very much appreciated.

My res via Expedia specifically ask for an upstairs room - of the 40 or so reservations I've made this year, all motels have said they were given that information by Expedia - here she said that Expedia doesn't forward special request information: so no upstairs room, though the lady that checked in ahead of me was given one. Rm 126, there is no power available at the work desk - need 15' extension cord across floor to power laptop; vinyl flooring is coming up; room looks poorly maintained at best.
