The room was clean and peaceful. However the air conditioner wasn't the best it didn't cool the room in the afternoon enough for our stay, but they did send someone to look at it and they did get it to cool a little bit more just not ideal for my comfort. Overall it was a nice place to stay and the kids loved the pool.

Room was okay, A/C was a bit off due to extreme heat. The Bistro apparently only opened for breakfast but we tried to eat there Saturday and it was closed. The major downfall we were advised there were no rooms available on the first floor and there were no elevators. We were there for a 2 day event so we just stayed and checked out early on Sunday. Location wise: close to restaurants .

We had a fantastic stay at thise hotel. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The grounds were peaceful and beautifully manicured with numerous ponds and waterfalls. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it is located near great restaurants in a very nice part of town. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Bakersfield!
