AC in room didn't work. Weekday morning breakfast was horrible. Pancake machine was shooting out dime size pancakes. The morning person wasn't checking things. We found her and she just turned the machune off instead of fixing the problem. Most of the food was cold. We went up to our room and the elevator stopped on the second floor to let housekeeping off. There was a beer can laying on the floor as she got off the elevator. She looked at it and kept on walking. Very disappointed.

As always, you het the holiday Inn quality, good staff, very clean and white linens and towel. No air freshener which is a plus for thise with allergies like me. Yhw room smells clean. What more can I ask for.

We stayed overnight to see sites in the area. I would not choose to stay here multiple nights. The floor in the entryway to our room was sticky and we cleaned it ourselves. The air conditioner / heater was extremely loud - to the point that it kept us awake during the night. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast offered options. The area was not comfortable for walking around.
