The main level this home boasts three bedrooms, one full bathroom, one 1/2 bathroom and a spacious living area open to the dining room. The lower level offers an additional living area, separate bedroom and half bathroom. Amenities central air conditioning on the main level of the home, washer/dryer, gas grill and enclosed outside shower, just to name a few. Each bedroom and living area will offer a Smart TV. One of the key features of this home is the spectacular outside dining! Walk out from the dining area directly onto the stone patio with plenty of outside seating options that overlooks the manicured lawn. Just a quarter of a mile to a shared resident beach on the Bass River where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets or drop a paddle board or canoe.
