Overall a good stay with minor bumps

I really like the location of this hotel. A couple of notes that if you do not like seafood then the smell from the restaurant will overwhelm you. As soon as you step in you can smell it. I was on the 5th floor and it was up there. The gym was equipped but the wipes were bone dry and after telling the front desk nothing was done to replace it. Rooms were clean but had to ask for more towels and coffee for a three day stay. Coffee in the lobby is really good. The front desk staff is also exceptional. The speak easy also was great but the floors outside of it were sticky and the bathroom downstairs was not taken care for in the mornings after when I was using the gym

Beautiful property- rooms very nice and clean. Parking easy in lot next door. Only issue was shower water barely ran lukewarm and was even cool for some of our family.

Had a major issue at another local hotel that had complete power outage. Hotel Indigo was the only other option in town. At twice my planned budget, I wasn’t thrilled but accepted it as an adequate alternative. Didn’t arrive at the property to check in until around 2am Feb 17 2025. Finally get settled in, fall asleep, only to be BARGED in on by cleaning service at 7:50am without so much as a knock on the door. Completely outrageous and has never happened in my entire life. Couldn’t even get a full night’s rest, and decided to check out early since my sleep was ruined (only thing I’m using the hotel for). Brought up this issue to front desk upon checkout and they could not have been more nonplussed. Decent property, decent room, terrible customer service. Avoid

Beautiful hotel with a historic flare. It is located right in the heart of West Chester. It’s convenient location allows you to walk to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

New & Beatiful, but needs to work some things out.

The hotel hadn't been open long, so still trying to work some things out. The offer coffee and pastries in the lobby since their coffee cart area & restaurant don't open until Feb 3. Unless the bakery doesn't deliver, then there seems to be no one who can remedy that. I checked in on Monday. Checked out on Friday. No housekeeping even once. I asked at the desk on Thursday after I got back from work for the evening and the unhelpful front desk person said "Sorry. We are still working that out. We don't know if it will be after 2 or 3 days." I said I'd been there longer than that and she said "we are still working it out." No offer of towels, more coffee pods, nothing to remedy the situation or make up for my lack of service. On the positive side it is brand new, smells brand new, is beautifully decorated and I LOVE the in room Nespresso, if I had more than 2 pods my whole stay. I know it will get better, I was just disappointed.

Almost there!

Hotel is in the middle of a soft opening. Location is great. Service is excellent. Room was quiet. Parking garage next door. Can't wait till restaurant opens next to lobby. Will go there again as I go to West Chester 8-9 times a year.

Gorgeous Modern Hotel with small town charm

The hotel has just opened up, and with more amenities to come soon, it would have been a PERFECT stay. Will definitely come back- Staff was incredibly nice, bed was super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet!
