Old. Needs updated. Appreciate the renovated building, but decor is dated and smells. Breakfast options were limited. Under new ownership as of January. Previous reviews reflected a wonderful breakfast. Only offered grab and go with no protein options. Carb loaded muffins and danishes. Coffee maker did not work.

The inn’s hosts were very welcoming; they made us feel at home! The breakfast was outstanding, the Inn was well decorated and the property was very unique which was a contributing factor to the overall experience. Would highly recommend!

Haven says it all!

This was one of the nicest accommodations we have ever experienced. The hosts, Dan and Nancy, couldn't be nicer and the facility is just amazing. It is in an old tastefully done Catholic Church. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfasts were outstanding and the facility is an easy drive to restaurants and attractions. We need to find an excuse to get to Wells just so we can stay in the Haven by the Sea once again.

Haven by the Sea is unique; it in an old deconsecrated Catholic Church and so nicely renovated. Nancy and Danny are great hosts. Breakfast was phenomenal, especial the French Toast. It was a good idea to have a bar available even though we didn't use it. Thanks for putting TVs in the guest rooms. We'll be back! Gail & Harry
