The room was spotless, beds were very comfortable and the amenities in the room made us feel like valued guests. Bottles of water in the mini fridge, high quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath salts, robes & slippers, etc. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. The menu at the in- house restaurant was creative and the food was delicious. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. Every person we interacted with was friendly and just a joy to deal with, especially Chris, the wonderful bartender and restaurant server from Jamaica. This hotel truly felt luxurious without being pretentious and far more reasonably priced than other places offering such amenities. I highly recommend it and we are looking forward to our next visit!

We were very happy with the staff. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was not great. They only serve breakfast which is fine but I had the saltiest hollandaise sauce ever. Evening snack menu was worse. Not good. However, I can’t stress enough how wonderful the staff was.

Very disappointed that no elevator or assistance from staff to carry 8 heavy luggage bags up 3 flights of stairs. Odor in room was unacceptable when heat was on. Room was dusty.
