I recently stayed at the Sonesta ES and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was very dirty, and the furniture was broken, phone or tv were not working properly which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. Additionally, we stayed for three days, and the room was never cleaned once, which is unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, these issues made my stay far from pleasant.all we wanted was for my son sailor graduation to have a decent bed to rest but it was impossible. The sofa bed was broken and full of dirt.I hope the management will address these concerns to improve future guests’ experiences.

I like everything in the property but what I did not like is that there is no housekeeping unless you there for more than 5 day's that is wrong not even towels or trash pickup they told me to take it out side to the hallway and they didn't pick it up all day 😞 did like it at all and front desk people rude too but property nice and room ok
